 Returns & RefundsWe accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us prior to returning any goods to obtain a valid RMA code. Goods must be new & unused condition, in saleable condition, and must be in all their original packing with all relevant manuals etc. The goods should also be packed in suitable outer packing / box as you received the goods. Please ensure there is no tape applied to the original product box or product. The postage & packing cost both ways is the customers responsibility. Should the original postage be free of charge for the goods being returned (excluding faulty product) we reserve the right to charge the same fee as the cost that you incur in sending the goods back to us. Please ensure that you send the goods back by use of an appropriate service, as it’s your responsible to return the goods back to us. This offer of return does not apply to custom orders where goods have been bought in as a special order. Goods that are faulty within 14 days will either be offered a replacement or refund.

Warranty & liability Should your product develop a fault, within 14 days of receipt. please contact us before you return the product where we will issue a RMA number. Upon receiving the item back we will replace the product or refund the cost of the product should a replacement not be available whichever is more suitable to our customer, within the first 14 days. After this period our standard 12 month Return to Base warranty comes into effect from the original date of receipt. . Please note we accept no responsibility for any additional cost in relationship to faulty, defective product. Our maximum liability will be no greater than the cost of the goods (actual item) within the invoice.all of our products unless otherwise stated are covered by a full 12 month UK return to base warranty & offer an out of warranty service at a reasonable cost subject to parts being available. Payment.We accept payment by PayPal (delivery only to the address as specified by PayPal) or direct on 01925 244101 by credit debit card (delivery to the billing address of the card only)

We do not accept any kind of postal payment or money orders under any circumstance.

Postage.

We send goods out Mon – Fri on orders placed before 3pm. we do our best to dispatch the same day, though not guaranteed. Delivery times are based on UK working week (excludes weekends & bank holidays) delivery times are approximate as provided by the respective companies. We cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control. Example our delivery agents both royal mail & parcel force.  all delivery prices stated are for uk standard deliveries only.
