PTC (resettable fuse) technology utilizes a unique Lead-Free polymer-based, Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) material to protect electrical circuits from over-current conditions. During normal operation, numerous carbon paths within the polymer allow the device to conduct electricity. As current through the PTC (resettable fuse) reaches its rated threshold, the polymer material begins to heat causing the polymer to expand. The resulting expansion breaks the carbon chains to reduce the current through the circuit to a small leakage current. The increased resistance in the resettable fuse works to protect circuitry by limiting potentially damaging current. When the fault (overcurrent) is removed from the circuit, the PTC (resettable fuse) will reset itself thereby allowing current to flow through the circuit again.

DELIVERY

Items are in stock in the UK. Goods will be dispatched usually within 1 working day after payment has cleared via the selected delivery method. All damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receipt.

RETURNS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, then please contact us to return the product packed as received in new unused condition within 7 days of receipt and we will gladly refund your purchase price. Return within 7 days (at your cost) in unused boxes with the original invoice for a refund (Excluding Postage and packaging charges). Please contact us first, otherwise returns will not be accepted.

WARRANTY

If you receive a faulty product or it develops a fault within 7 days of receipt please contact us to return the item and we will gladly replace it for you or you may return the item for a refund (excluding postage charges from both sides) 

After the 7 days period your product will be repaired under the 12-month warranty or replaced with an identical item or one of equal specifications depending on stock availability. All warranty is subject to return to base policy i.e. buyers responsibility to return the item to our office with buyer's own cost..All equipments carry a 12 months replacement/repair warranty from date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materialsFocas is not responsible for improper installation, modification, voltage spikes, or misuse of products, improper use is not covered.
